Akita Sushi began in the early weeks 2014. After three years of making sushi for our family and friends from the local church, such as the annual New Year event, we decided to start our own business.
On March 30th we had our first event just for family and friends. There was amazing support for us.
I believe, as head chef, we had a good start from the dishwasher area to preparing recipes that helps one to learn to develop a good taste of sushi.
We have over eight years of experience working for various restaurants. Our challenge is that each recipe maintains the taste and quality of good Japanese cuisine.
