Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

The brisket grilled cheese was seriously the best BBQ sandwich I've ever had. It was PERFECT. The meat was Smokey and the BBQ sauce was definitely homemade because it was superb & you can taste the love that was put into it. My husband tried it & instantly wanted one. We will be ordering 2 sandwiches each next time - they were THAT good. Staff was friendly and our order was made exactly at the time we selected. 10/10 will be back!

Sandwiches were absolutely phenomenal. Cuban, chicken parm, grilled cheese and brisket were all top notch! Five stars there. Fries had zero taste and were pretty bad but the main course more than made up for it.

Everything! It's the best pizza I've ever had and I mean it. I do wish they had a customization option with more add ons. But for what they had I wouldn't change a thing. 10/10

I received the wrong pizza (pepperoni) at first. Once I took the incorrect pizza back to the truck they apologized and made the NY plain with extra cheese as I had originally ordered. The staff was friendly and professional. When I was picking up the remake the AFrame metal sign blew over and struck me in the back of my lower leg just above my foot. I would suggest that food trucks tie down or weight their signs to keep this from happening in the future. Luckily it did not land on the top of my foot since I was wearing flip flops. I have some bruising and have placed some ice on it.

Thanks food was good. Maybe think about adding a combo to your menu to add a taco or fries for an additional 3-4$

I ordered for an employee luncheon event and received great feedback, the food was delicious and flavorful from the main dishes, to the salsas, and Aguas frescas! And the staff was very attentive. Thank You!
