Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

I like both pizzas, especially the one with mushroom, cheese, carm onion, and arugula with truffle oil. Also being able to pre-order ahead, service was fast. Thank you!

The Ahi Tuna Roll was quite delicious and surprisingly substantial without being too heavy. I recommend picking a fork with it. Wraps never survive in one piece.

Everything. Only recommendation would be to have regular tartar sauce for catfish along with the sauce it comes with.

The Italian sausage sandwich was great with the peppers, and it was nice to have a cooked vegetable option with the green beans. It was made just like how I'd cook it up in my own kitchen.

The sauce was just the right amount of sweet, the combination of the crispy crust and warm melted cheese was perfect and the pepperoni added a nice spice to round it out. 😋yum

I ordered the Lemonade cupcake. I loved the balance between the sweet of the icing and the sour of the lemon! It was so delicious!!!
