the service was excellent! This is our first time hiring a food truck from BTF and it was super last minute. I submitted my request on Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day Luncheon and BTF did not fail us. Our truck was here one hour before event started and was here until all the food we paid for was served. Will definitely use you guys again.

Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! Thank you, Fat Boys, for helping make our event such a success. We’ll definitely keep you in mind for future celebrations!

The pizza and the wings were amazing as always. Wait time to receive the food was at or over an hour from placing the order on the BFT app. This has to improve to sustain repeat customers.

, pizzas were delicious but was sad that they were out of the Hawaiian pizza when we preordered it a day ahead and were only the 2nd order of the night. The margarita pizza didn't have any basil on it like the picture showed.

I think I've been to Food Truck Thursday 4 times now. 3/4 times I've had your truck and it's been the bomb! The only time I didn't go was only because you weren't there!

Elevated food truck. Will order again. It was delicious and high quality. Area for improvement: We received a text message it was ready and waited another 15 minutes. Time management needs to be improved. If this happens and everything else remains the same, then they are one of the best food trucks, if not the best, hands down.
