Boosting Winston-Salem’s Small Businesses, One Meal at a Time
Booking food truck catering for your Winston-Salem studio set does more than keep the crew fed—it pours money right back into the “Camel City” community. Most local trucks are run by solo entrepreneurs or family-owned teams who live in Ardmore, Burke Mill, or even a short bike ride from the Innovation Quarter. Every taco, smoked-pork slider, or vegan grain bowl you order helps these small businesses pay staff, rent commercial kitchens on Patterson Avenue, and grow right here in Forsyth County.
Food trucks are also an eco-smart choice for film catering in Winston-Salem. Compared with traditional buffet setups, our trucks pull less power, rely on compact cooking equipment, and serve in compostable or recyclable packaging—so you’ll see fewer trash bags headed off Highway 52 to the landfill.
Ready to keep the cameras rolling and the local economy thriving? The next time you Google “low-budget film catering near me in Winston-Salem,” tap Best Food Trucks. You’ll get fresh, crowd-pleasing meals, support home-grown businesses, and shrink your production’s carbon footprint all in one delicious move.

The fries were cooked well and love the seasoning, I just prefer thinner fries. I also think it would be better if the bun was toasted. Otherwise great meal.

The lo mein was phenomenal, the noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly. I will say though that it was a little too sweet but I'd definitely get it again next time you're here!

Burgers are always delicious, lettuce and tomato always fresh and fries never greasy. We also love the toasted buns. It especially helps with the gluten-free buns. Without toasting, they tend to fall apart.
