They were early to set up, super helpful, extremely patient and insanely fast in preparing each meal. They were so nice and everyone at our event was raving about the food!!! The brisket quesadilla was delicious! The brisket was tender and moist. The chicken dinner was also tender and moist, and the flavor was amazing! Good coleslaw and baked beans. Overall very satisfied with our dinner.
