not one complaint about the food or service. Operators of the truck were very personable. I would and will recommend to others. Only thing i would add is some side heat on the spice. Some expressed the taste is great but would have liked to add some heat on the side

Put a lid on the coleslaw. Maybe give a little coleslaw sized container of warm butter on the side. It was tasty. It was the right amount of lobster and the fries were plentiful. The price was fair.

Rollin’ Thai is amazing!! Shoutout to Diane!! Not only are the people so kind and personable, but the food is incredible! Diane is the best! I literally order Rollin’ Thai’s Drunken Noodles every week they’re here. Everyone in my office is sad when there’s a week without Rollin’ Thai. They’re literally a staple at the AG’s Office

It's something different from the other 60% of trucks we get here where it is in someway another version of Mexican food made from the same products. The pizza is not only different, it is great and worth the cost.

Hoss burger with double patties was great, the sauce and bacon on the burger was so good. Cajun fries amazing too. First time having Hoss. Will have it again!
