not one complaint about the food or service. Operators of the truck were very personable. I would and will recommend to others. Only thing i would add is some side heat on the spice. Some expressed the taste is great but would have liked to add some heat on the side

Everything! Meats were tender and perfectly seasoned, collards were amazing, Mack and Cheese was moist and delicious and the potato salad was great! Definitely will be going back again

We hired Uptown Food Truck for a private party with 60-70 attendees. Everyone loved the food choices and high quality. Chef Chris and team did a fabulous job. We had four selections and all were excellent: Bacon cheese burger, grilled chicken sandwich, shrimp and grits, and chicken and waffles. We highly recommend Uptown Food Truck.

Chicas Birria was fantastic! Showed up on time, set up quickly and served our guests efficiently and effectively. The food was delicious! The Birria QuesaTacos were incredible and were served with dipping sauce. The Churros were a big hit, too! Our guests raved about the food.

Everything was perfect. Grilled to perfection, on a toasted bun, with very fresh produce on it. It wasn't greasy at all, and the fries were absolutely on point and delicious. My best friend and I split a burger and large fries and it was the perfect amount for both of us!!
