The whole thing! Everything was great. Chicken and black beans were perfectly seasoned, rice was the proper consistency, the plantain was a nice touch and the fried patty things was also exceptional. Sauce was great too.

Chopping the brisket instead of pulling it would make it easier to eat on a grilled cheese sandwich to avoid larger amounts coming out together. Also, double check preorders to ensure everything is accounted for...I shouldn't have to go back to the truck for the side of Barbecue sauce that I had ordered.

The food was fantastic and everyone raved about it. They were also especially thoughtful when it came to our guests' dietary needs, carefully checking and clarifying what people were able to eat!
