Challenges: More difficult to obtain Certificate of Insurance documentation than it should have been. This should not require multiple follow-ups. The offerings were delicious, they arrived ahead of schedule and were customer service oriented.

Challenges: More difficult to obtain Certificate of Insurance documentation than it should have been. This should not require multiple follow-ups. Although the truck served the Mr. Meximum menu, it was a burger-themed truck which was confusing to some. Some found it objectionable that options seen on the displayed menus were not being offered. Some wait times were quite long as well, although most customers ordered in the same 45-minute window. Positive: Arrived ahead of schedule and the team was very pleasant to work with.

Grand Mom's Taco's were great. Super pleasant and accommodating owners! Was on time, set up quickly and really made my business event very successful. Food was fresh and very good. They served approximately 100 meals. I highly recommend !
