This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

the service was excellent! This is our first time hiring a food truck from BTF and it was super last minute. I submitted my request on Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day Luncheon and BTF did not fail us. Our truck was here one hour before event started and was here until all the food we paid for was served. Will definitely use you guys again.

Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! The corned beef was really, really good - don't change that. The pollock in the fish reuben was decent but could have been better. I ordered colcannon and was just potatoes and scallions - there wasn't any cabbage or bacon bits.
