Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! I was late picking up food because I got an unexpected work call I had to take. They offered to remake my sandwich when I picked it up. I declined and the sandwich was still very delicious.

Aloha Friday worked out great for us. It was easy for them to serve our 350 middle schoolers in less than 2 hours. We offered them 3 choices and the kids loved the Spam Musubi, Chicken Teriyaki and Spicy Tuna Bowl. I would definitely work with them again! The communication with using Best Food Truck to get to them was a little spotty but it all worked out in the end.

This was by far THE BEST food truck that we have had here! The grilled chicken quesadilla and barbecue chicken quesadilla was DELICIOUS!!!
