Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Missoula, MT
From concerts on the banks of the Clark Fork River to Griz tailgate parties outside Washington-Grizzly Stadium, the Garden City knows how to throw a crowd-pleasing gathering. What every successful Missoula event has in common—besides mountain views—is quick, delicious, and hassle-free food service. That’s where food truck catering for large scale events in Missoula shines.
In the old days, organizers at Caras Park or the Western Montana Fair had to juggle bulky tent kitchens, extra permits, and long setup windows. Modern food trucks arrive fully self-contained, plug-and-play, and ready to serve hundreds within minutes. They free up power hookups and parking space, all while giving guests the kind of culinary variety Missoulians expect.
Whether you need gyro bowls for the Missoula Marathon finish line or late-night falafel after a Big Sky Brewing Amphitheater show, Best Food Trucks curates the perfect lineup. We partner with local favorites like Madeline's Mediterranean Grill to bring authentic Mediterranean flavors—think shawarma, hummus, and fresh-baked pita—to events of 500 or 5,000.
From festivals to major sporting events, our Missoula food truck catering services give planners more flexibility than any traditional tent vendor. Multiple service windows keep lines short, menu customization keeps sponsors happy, and our on-site staff handles all logistics so you can focus on the music, the race, or the rodeo.
Ready to elevate your next large-scale event? Contact Best Food Trucks today and discover why we’re the top choice for food truck catering in Missoula.
Skip the Line at Your Missoula Mega-Event
Whether you’re packing the Ogren Park outfield for an Independence Day concert or hosting 10,000 runners at the Missoula Marathon expo, nobody wants to stand in line while the action happens. Best Food Trucks solves that problem with a Missoula-ready online ordering system built for volume. Guests pull out their phone, scroll through participating food trucks—think Bernice’s Bakery on wheels, Taco Guy, and Madeline’s Mediterranean Grill—tap to order, and get a text the moment their huckleberry lemonade or bison gyro is plated.
No more clogged walkways along Higgins Avenue, no more missing the decisive touchdown at a Griz watch party. Planners can even blast a pre-order link days before gates open, letting vendors prep exactly what the crowd craves and letting guests choose a pickup slot that fits their schedule. Our platform has already handled surges at the Western Montana Fair and University of Montana orientation, so high-frequency ordering feels seamless—even with thousands of simultaneous transactions.
Food trucks for large-scale events in Missoula plus Best Food Trucks’ online ordering equals happy attendees, shorter lines, and rave reviews. Keep the spotlight on your headliner, not the concession stand.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.
