This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

We had a great experience with the Sizzling Wagon! The food was fresh, tasty, and they made accommodations for special diet restrictions. Service was awesome, and everything ran smoothly. Our team really enjoyed it—we’d be happy to have them back again!

All the employees were mostly happy with the meal. a few things that were said is that for the pulled pork they would of liked more meat on the sandwich. Also it was stated that the brownies were homemade, in which they were not. Over all it was a good experience.

I heard the food truck food was delicious and they were very efficient on getting people through the line. Thank you! I was glad to I was able to talk to the food truck driver prior to the event to ensure the food that was coming and that there would be options. I started to wonder if the whole process of finding the truck was a scam.. so glad I was able to connect with a person to ask questions. My husband and I placed an order for 2 entrees. When I went to pick it up, the food truck workers or owners were so kind, and they seemed excited to be here. That's refreshing at the end of a long day. The food was amazing!! My husband got the brisket tacos and Cajun fries and really enjoyed both! I got the brisket sandwich and sweet potato fries. The brisket sandwich was so tender and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were scrumptious. I received two different sauces with my order. They were unique and tasty. As the food truck worker or owner bagged our order, he added an additional basket on top of the entrees and said, "We've added a couple of apple pies on the house for the neighborhood to enjoy!" I was shocked ... and excited! In a time where food costs are soaring, no one offers items for free. To receive dessert "on the house" was such a kind and appreciated ending to a fabulous meal! We hope this truck comes back soon. We loved everything!
