This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

I requested sweet sauce on the side, but pork/fries already drizzled with a more spicy sauce. Dish was a little scarce on the pork.

+. Food was spot on Fried fish perfectly fried sourdough bread tasty and sauerkraut was excellent. It was a very good sandwich. Nothing is left.
