Lincoln event planners trust us because we curate the city’s most popular trucks, streamline permits, and keep lines moving so guests spend more time enjoying the show.
From 5,000 hungry fans on game day to 50,000 visitors strolling the Haymarket District during the Fourth of July celebration, food truck catering gives you menu variety traditional concession tents simply can’t match. Think slow-smoked brisket from Skymart Mobile, craft espresso and cold brew from the local favorite Coffee Trunk, smash burgers sizzling at Streetside Foods, hand-dipped cones from Ice Cream Trunk, and hearty cheesesteaks courtesy of Omaha Cheesesteak Co—all parked in one convenient food court.
Best Food Trucks coordinates arrival windows, service times, and point-of-sale systems so your Lincoln large-scale event stays compliant, efficient, and delicious. Skip the Line and Soak Up the Lincoln Festivities
Husker fans didn’t come to the Haymarket to stand in a food queue, and concert-goers at Pinewood Bowl certainly don’t want to scroll through menus at the counter. Best Food Trucks solves that with a Lincoln-tested online ordering system that lets guests tap in their order from anywhere on the grounds and get a text the moment it’s hot and ready.
Whether you’re hosting 7,000 red-clad supporters outside Memorial Stadium or a 30,000-person craft fair at the Lancaster Event Center, our platform handles high-frequency orders without a hiccup. Attendees spend less time waiting and more time cheering, dancing, or shopping—while our trucks keep the food moving.
Planning ahead? Send a custom pre-order link with ticket confirmations so visitors can lock in a pickup time before they even hit I-80. On event day, every order routes straight to each truck’s kitchen, keeping lines short, sales high, and your schedule on track.
Food truck catering for large-scale events in Lincoln has never been this smooth—or this delicious. Pair the city’s best mobile kitchens with Best Food Trucks’ online ordering and watch your crowd focus on the fun instead of the line.

The $11 Onion Rings had me questioning everything, but the burger was good. 👍 I wanted onion rings, but my mama would've came down from Heaven and smacked me in the head for paying that. The Cowboy burger had 2 onion rings on it and didn't raise the price by $5.....
