This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

We were a little nervous that they would need more time to set up, as they didn't arrive until about 25-30 minutes before our event. However that was the only potential negative aspect. These guys were quick with getting food out, I had so many positive comments regarding how good the food was I lost track how many there were. I would absolutely hire this truck again in a heartbeat.

Went well. Was a bumpy start, but everyone came together and we righted the ship. It was a very successful night and the truck said they exceeded $1k which made the community excited about future trucks.

Being able to order online, their response time was great, and they sent a reminder to come pick my food up. They also waiting to fix my drink so it wouldn't melt before I got there. The food was also really good and so was the portion size.

The portion size for a large $20 mac n cheese was very disappointing. We thought by ordering a large it would be enough for 2. The $12 rib was more food for less cost which was shocking. Great flavors overall just wish the mac n cheese had been enough for 2 for that price

the Jollof Rice was kind of hard but not in the under cooked kind of way like it had been sitting out in the open kind of hard. It also didn't seem to have a lot of flavor other than heat. I added some water and steamed in microwave it was ok. Not a fan but I did give them over all a 4.

The burger was great, but the banana/nutella crepes was the best part. Absolute perfection, I have not had a better dessert in years. 10/10, I recommended this to many of my coworkers.

The food is always fantastic and great value for the price. 11 I can't say the same for some of the other trucks. The surprise thank you of a free banana pudding was much appreciated and their generosity in providing an extra one to go for my brother after they heard my story was over the top.
