I had the pork arepas and they were delicious! I also heard good reviews from our guests about the Cuban sandwich, empanadas, and mango street tacos too. It was very easy working with the owners and they did a great job of feeding our guests in a timely/orderly manner! I would definitely recommend their food truck to others.

Cezar did an AMAZING job at our campground wedding outside of Fort Collins. The portions were massive, and everything was cooked to perfection! We got so many compliments from guests about how tasty the food was and also Cezar's cheery demeanor. We cannot recommend this food truck enough and look forward to going back to their brick and mortar restaurant next time we're in the Littleton area!

I love everything about the balsamic strawberry salad; all the right ingredients and the right portions. I appreciate that I can easily get my mouth around the grilled sandwiches and they are not too greasy when picking up. If course they taste great too!
