The team with Alabama Ali’s was amazing! They were on time, friendly and added a wonderful touch to our event! Also, the food was absolutely delicious!

The food was delicious!! And the quantity was better than I expected so guests were definitely full! I didn't give it 5 stars because even with the guest total known, some people were waiting between 30-50 minutes for the food. Luckily, we had enough time at the event and my friends were easy going about it so it was ok. Also, the main chef had a teenager it seemed helping him and she was very quickly overwhelmed and obviously unhappy so it made for a potentially unpleasant experience but as I said, my dear friends were super understanding and the food tasted GREAT so it didn't become a point of disappointment.

Once home, we discovered that we weren't given the broth that was to accompany the Birrias or the sauce and limes that were to accompany the tacos. Disappointing...

The brisket was a little dry. Still good but I did use more bbq sauce than I usually do on a sandwich.
