This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were large - enough left over for lunch tomorrow. There aren't many creole trucks out there so knocking it out of the park flavor-wise was great!
