Food Truck Catering for Large Scale Events in Columbia
When Columbia throws a party—whether it’s a Gamecock tailgate outside Williams-Brice Stadium, a summer concert at Soda City Live, or thousands of families pouring into the South Carolina State Fairgrounds—crowds expect two things: exciting entertainment and unforgettable food. Modern food truck catering checks both boxes. Instead of the old-school tent kitchens that required extra permits, generators, and hours of set-up, today’s food trucks roll in with fully self-contained commercial kitchens, ready to serve within minutes.
Best Food Trucks specializes in coordinating multiple food trucks for large scale events in Columbia, so organizers can offer a diverse, crowd-pleasing menu without the logistical headache. From festivals along the Congaree River to corporate gatherings in the Vista, we match every occasion with the right fleet of trucks.

Guests simply scan a QR code, order right from their phone while they’re still cheering, and get a text when their hot chicken sandwich or shrimp & grits is ready. No shuffling in a queue, no missing the opening guitar riff, just straight back to the action.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.
