Fresh, Customizable Meals Delivered Right to Your Cheyenne Studio
Filming on Capitol Avenue, shooting a commercial near the Historic Union Pacific Depot, or staging a scene outside F.E. Warren Air Force Base? Wherever your set lands in Cheyenne, Best Food Trucks has your studio catering covered. Years of feeding hungry crews during Frontier Days concerts have taught us how to serve hot meals fast— even when the Wyoming wind is howling.
Our Cheyenne food truck catering program lets you build rotating daily menus that keep cast and crew excited. Treat them to smash burgers from Burger Buggie, authentic Brazilian plates from Brazi Eats, award-winning burritos and Cubanos from Fat Tomato Inc, hand-crafted dessert waffles from The Waffle Lab, or stick-to-your-ribs comfort food from The Slawpy Barn. Every truck is fully vetted for Laramie County health permits and production insurance, so approvals with your line producer are painless.
We’ll help you find the best parking spot—whether it’s behind The Wrangler, along West 15th Street, or in the back lot of your soundstage—set up our digital ordering system to eliminate long lines, and provide a detailed cost summary that fits your production budget. Food truck catering for studios in Cheyenne also slashes disposable packaging and food waste, helping keep the “Magic City of the Plains” green.
Let Best Food Trucks handle the logistics so you can focus on capturing the perfect shot. When the director calls “Lunch!”, your crew will already know exactly where to grab a delicious meal.
Supporting Cheyenne’s Small-Business Food Truck Community
Booking food truck catering for your Cheyenne studio set does more than keep cast and crew satisfied—it directly fuels the local economy. The trucks we dispatch to Lincolnway, Missile Drive, or the back lot at Wyoming PBS are all family-owned, Laramie-County-licensed operations. Every taco, bison slider, or fry bread plate you order helps a neighbor pay rent, hire local talent, and stay on the road for the next Downtown Depot Plaza lunch rush.
Food trucks are also one of the most eco-friendly catering choices in the “Magic City of the Plains.” Compared with traditional drop-off buffets, our mobile kitchens draw far less power, use compostable serviceware, and let crew members order digitally so we cook only what’s needed—cutting food waste to nearly zero. Choosing Cheyenne food truck catering for studios means great meals, a lighter carbon footprint, and dollars that stay right here on the High Plains.
So the next time your production assistant types “low-budget film catering near me” into a search bar, give Best Food Trucks a call. We’ll connect you with socially responsible, big-flavor options that make lunch break the talk of the set.

The only thing we would not order again is the Barbacoa tacos. Expected them to be more finely shredded. The meat was a little tough. Everything else was great!

The burger was well cooked, and the fries were actually my favorite kind of crispy with a nice seasoning

Suggest slightly less fries. I did like how they were cooked. Slightly more sauce in the sandwich; not much though. I'd definitely order again in the future.

Food was great, process was not, received message 30 minutes prior to my requested order time only to arrive and then have to wait 20 minutes in line to pick up my order..... process needs value stream mapping. Food was legit though.

The food truck needs to actually have the online pick up orders ready BEFORE they tell us it's ready. The food is never ready and we have to wait in long, slow lines to get our food. The entire purpose of pick-up online orders is to AVOID standing in lines. Many of us do this because we have to go to meetings during lunch time and having us stand in line and waiting completely defeats the purpose. The chicken is good, but not worth the repeated wait times for online orders. The other line was going faster than the online order line. Y'all need more efficiency, or I can no longer order from this food truck.
