Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Cheyenne, Wyoming
From Cheyenne Frontier Days™ concerts at Frontier Park to packed rodeos at the Wyoming State Fairgrounds, the Capital City knows how to throw a big party. Make your next large gathering unforgettable by rolling in Cheyenne’s favorite food trucks. Fully self-contained kitchens on wheels eliminate the headaches of pop-up tents, extra permits, and long set-up times—so you can focus on the bucking broncs, live music, or 4th-and-goal.
Best Food Trucks coordinates a fleet of vetted vendors that can serve crowds of 200 or 20,000 with ease. Our experienced on-site managers stage trucks, handle power and water logistics, and keep lines moving faster than the Big Boy Steam Engine #4014. Whether you want Wyoming-sourced beef burgers or late-night wood-fired pizza, we’ll curate the perfect mix for your audience.
Check out a few local favorites ready to cater your large-scale event in Cheyenne:
- Burger Buggie – Smash burgers piled high with Tillamook cheddar and crispy fry sauce fries.
- Brazi Eats – Authentic Brazilian street fare, from pão de queijo to flame-grilled picanha skewers.
- Brennen Truck – Slow-smoked barbecue ribs and brisket that taste like they came straight off a Wyoming cattle ranch.
- Saucers Pizza – Hand-tossed, 20-inch pies fired in a mobile stone oven—perfect for feeding the whole corral.
- Fat Tomato Inc – Award-winning Cubanos, burritos, and loaded nachos beloved from Fort Collins to Cheyenne.
No matter the scale—city-wide marathons winding past the Wyoming State Capitol or craft-beer festivals at Lions Park—Best Food Trucks delivers seamless food truck catering for large events in Cheyenne. Click “Book Now,” tell us your headcount, and we’ll rustle up the tastiest caravan on the High Plains.
Skip the Line and Soak Up the Cheyenne Fun
At a sprawling event like the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Parade or a sold-out show at the Cheyenne Civic Center, nobody wants to waste time standing in a food line. Best Food Trucks brings a cutting-edge online ordering system to your large-scale event in Cheyenne so guests can explore the midway, shop vendor tents on Capitol Avenue, or cheer on the bronc riders—all while their meal is being prepared.
Here’s how it works: Attendees scan a custom QR code, place their order from any truck on site, then get a text when their fry-sauce-smothered burger or bison brat is ready. No guessing. No shouting over rodeo announcers. Just grab, go, and get back to the action.
Hosting a 5K at Lions Park or a craft fair at the Historic Depot Plaza? Send a pre-order link a few days out so runners and shoppers can lock in a pickup time before the first whistle blows. Even with thousands of simultaneous orders, our platform processes payments faster than the Big Boy Steam Engine #4014 roaring down the tracks—keeping lines short and smiles wide.
Food trucks + online ordering = the smartest way to serve crowds in the Capital City. Let Best Food Trucks handle the tech and the tacos while you focus on delivering an unforgettable Cheyenne experience.

Everything worked out wonderfully. The food was amazing and Chef Tony was awesome. My guests and I were so happy and there was plenty of food.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.

The food was still warm . I had preordered. This helped with having the food ready instead of waiting for a long time. I liked the idea of the device they gave to us for pick up. The customer service was also pleasant.

Maybe a different sauce on the fajita chicken wrap. The portion and food quality was very good. The okra was wonderful.

The amount of food for the money was great. Salsa was just just ok. I would love to see some creamy jalapeño cilantro salsa next time.
