Hot, Customizable Meals for Your Central Pennsylvania Studio
Filming in Harrisburg, Lancaster, Hershey, York, or anywhere along the Susquehanna River? Best Food Trucks has spent years feeding production teams across Central Pennsylvania, so we know the drill when the assistant director calls “Lunch!” Whether you need a 5 a.m. breakfast on City Island or a midnight wrap snack near the Capitol dome, our food truck catering keeps cast and crew happy, on time, and on budget.
We’ll create rotating daily menus that spotlight local favorites: the legendary stuffed-pretzel logs from Pretzelspotcafe, classic comfort fare from Double D's American Dream, hickory-smoked brisket and ribs from Uncle Eddies BBQ, zesty street tacos courtesy of Southwest Savory, and fluffy Liège waffles from All Belgium Waffles - NEPA. Your crew can preorder on their phones, skip the line, and dig in the instant they break from set.
Our production-friendly team scouts the best parking spots, secures township permits, verifies insurance, and gives you a transparent cost breakdown. Because trucks cook to order, you’ll cut down on leftover food and single-use packaging—great for the environment and for the rolling farmlands that make Central PA such a sought-after location.
From Penn State sound stages to indie shoots in downtown Lancaster’s historic warehouses, Best Food Trucks takes the guesswork out of mealtime. Keep Central Pennsylvania’s grips, gaffers, and top-billing talent fueled and focused—let us handle every bite so you can keep those cameras rolling.
Fueling Your Set—and Central PA’s Small Businesses
Booking food truck catering for your studio production isn’t just convenient—it’s a direct investment in Central Pennsylvania’s vibrant small-business scene. Every truck that rolls up to your base camp is likely run by a Harrisburg neighbor, a Lancaster family, or a pair of Penn State alumni turning Grandma’s recipe into a mobile hit. Your catering budget stays right here in the Susquehanna Valley, circulating through local farms, bakeries, and butchers from Carlisle to Columbia.
Food trucks also keep your shoot greener than our rolling Cumberland Valley hills. Compared with traditional buffet spreads, trucks sip less electricity, cook to order, and slash single-use foil pans and plastic wrap. Many of our Central PA partners compost veggie scraps and source pasture-raised meats from nearby Amish farms—so your craft-services table can be as eco-friendly as it is mouth-watering.
Ready to pair blockbuster flavor with hometown impact? The next time you type “studio food truck catering Central Pennsylvania” or “film set meals Harrisburg” into your scout’s checklist, call Best Food Trucks. We’ll serve unforgettable plates, energize your cast and crew, and keep the local economy—and your cameras—rolling.

Prompt, on time of commitment to order scheduled completeness. Very accommodating for swapping out a food item that was sold out but still on the app for purchase.

The pizza and the wings were amazing as always. Wait time to receive the food was at or over an hour from placing the order on the BFT app. This has to improve to sustain repeat customers.

One of the, if not the, best brisket sandwiches I've ever had. This is by far the best food truck that has come to this community. Thank you so much and would love to see you back in the future!

, pizzas were delicious but was sad that they were out of the Hawaiian pizza when we preordered it a day ahead and were only the 2nd order of the night. The margarita pizza didn't have any basil on it like the picture showed.
