Food Truck Catering for Fundraisers in Burlington:
Pulling off a successful fundraiser in Burlington, whether it’s on the UVM green, along the bustling Church Street Marketplace, or down by the Lake Champlain waterfront, takes heart—and time you don’t want to waste on food-service headaches. Best Food Trucks streamlines fundraiser catering in Burlington so you can keep your attention on donor engagement, silent-auction bids, and the mission that matters most to your organization.
Our team handles every detail, from permitting to cleanup, and partners only with local, top-rated trucks your guests already rave about online. Imagine the buzz when Parking Lot Pizza rolls up, firing off its weekly “Pizza of the Week,” fresh meat sliders, and house-made lemonade. Spectators at Battery Park, alumni at Rice Memorial gatherings, and neighbors at Old North End block parties all know the aroma that means hot, hand-tossed pies are seconds away. Best Food Trucks brings that same crowd-pleasing excitement to your fundraiser—without the stress of juggling multiple vendors or wondering if a private chef will even show.
With our digital ordering platform, guests place and track their orders from their phones, eliminating long lines and maximizing time spent bidding on raffle baskets or chatting with board members. Transparent, up-front pricing keeps your budget intact, while the variety of Burlington’s favorite gourmet trucks ensures every supporter leaves satisfied and ready to donate again. Raise funds, raise excitement, and let Best Food Trucks deliver the very best food truck catering Burlington has to offer.
Let donors skip the line and keep their eyes on your Burlington fundraiser!
Nothing kills momentum at a silent auction quicker than a 20-minute wait for food. Best Food Trucks solves that problem with a Burlington-ready online ordering system that lets guests tap in their order from anywhere on the event grounds—from the ECHO Leahy Center patio to the Champlain Valley Exposition barn—and get a text when their meal is hot and ready. No lines, no chaos, just more time for bidders to out-bid each other and for volunteers to share your mission.
Want to drive early excitement? Send supporters a pre-order link the week before the fundraiser so they can lock in a 6:15 PM pick-up slot for that maple-sriracha fried chicken they’ve been eyeing on the truck’s menu. Food trucks plus digital ordering is the ultimate Burlington fundraiser combo: exceptional eats, zero hassle, and maximum dollars raised for your cause.

I hosted an office event that was made wonderful by having Poblanos Taco Truck! The food was DELICIOUS and they were set up to serve 40 people very efficiently. Every one loved the food. Jonathan and his collegue were so friendly! Big Hit! Highly recommend.

Their Mexican food is great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the steak sliders were slightly inconsistent, but great tasting.

We tried the sandwiches with bacon jam for the first time. The burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious!!! We tend to order the grilled cheese burger and the chicken bacon club. Now I won't know which sandwich to order next time!😁

I ordered the Cuban sandwich without mustard but it came loaded with mustard. The sandwich was cooked perfectly and the pork was delicious but had way to much mustard. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars in lieu of 4. 😊 The pulled pork sandwich was delicious.

Tacos El Poblanito did an excellent job catering my client’s picnic. They kept in constant communication throughout the day, which made everything run smoothly. My client said the food was delicious, and the guests all enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend them!

Pizza was still warm when I picked it up and had so much flavor. First time trying the veggie, it's a new fav.

Way too much sauce in the esquite that made it resemble more of a soup. I dumped out half the sauce so I could enjoy the corn more, but everything had good flavor.
