Hot, Customizable Studio Meals in Albuquerque—Ready When You Call “Cut!”
Filming on Central Ave., capturing the Sandia Mountains at sunrise, or chasing that golden-hour shot out by the Bosque—wherever your Albuquerque set is, Best Food Trucks brings fresh, piping-hot meals directly to cast and crew. Our team has spent years perfecting food truck catering for studio productions, so your meal breaks stay on schedule and on budget while keeping everyone happily fed.
We collaborate with your production office to build rotating daily menus—think smoky brisket from Big Boi BBQ, spicy gochujang tacos from Umami Moto, or green-chile smothered burritos courtesy of El Bukanax Mexfood. Need a vegetarian-friendly day? We’ll park Tikka Spice on set for fragrant Indian bowls. Craving extra ribs for the night shoot? Tantrum Barbecue has you covered.
From scouting the best serving locations at I-25 Studios to securing city permits, we handle every logistical detail. Our streamlined online ordering minimizes wait times, and our comprehensive cost analysis keeps your accounting team in the loop. Plus, food truck catering reduces packaging and food waste—perfect for productions looking to stay eco-friendly in the Land of Enchantment.
Take the guesswork out of studio mealtime in Albuquerque. With Best Food Trucks, your crew gets memorable local flavors, and you get one less thing to worry about before the director yells, “Action!”
Fueling Your Production—and Albuquerque’s Small Businesses
Booking Best Food Trucks for your Albuquerque studio catering does more than keep cast and crew satisfied—it keeps money circulating right here in the Duke City. Every truck we schedule is a locally owned micro-business, from a husband-and-wife duo slinging green-chile cheeseburgers to the solo chef rolling up with blue-corn fry-bread tacos. When a Netflix Studios or NBC Universal shoot chooses our food truck roster, those dollars go straight to Albuquerque families, commissary kitchens, and growers at the Downtown Growers’ Market.
Food trucks are also an eco-smart choice for film set catering in Albuquerque. Their compact kitchens draw less power than traditional buffet lines—critical when you’re filming out near Mesa del Sol or the West Mesa where generators run all day. Because meals are made to order, you’ll see far less Styrofoam and tossed sandwich trays clogging the trash roll-offs. Fewer dishes, less food waste, and lower fuel use mean your production stays green in the Land of Enchantment.
The result? Delicious, on-time meals, a lighter environmental footprint, and a stronger local economy—all wrapped into one convenient “studio food truck catering Albuquerque” solution. So the next time you’re Googling “low-budget film catering near me,” let Best Food Trucks park onsite and give your shoot a flavorful, socially responsible boost before the AD calls, “Rolling!”

The steak flavor was amazing and perfectly cooked. I loved the onions and the fries. The cream sauce was delicious and the cucumber tomato salad was fresh and really good too. I also enjoyed how thin the wrap was. Really impressed with everything, thank you

One of the pizza's was perfect but the cheese pizza was burned in the bottom which made the pizza taste bad . We follow the truck and have never had this happen.

This is the best burger truck. Everything we ordered was really fresh. Please keep Smash and Roll on Talavera’s list of trucks.

The fries were cooked well and love the seasoning, I just prefer thinner fries. I also think it would be better if the bun was toasted. Otherwise great meal.
