Best Food Trucks partners with the Capital Region’s favorite mobile kitchens to keep crowds fed and happy. Imagine the lines at LarkFest disappearing as attendees split up between the crave-worthy burgers from Heisenburgers, farm-fresh breakfast sandwiches at Eggy's Place, and sizzling chicken plates from Michele's Charcoal Pit Food Truck. Craving variety? Mix in globally inspired bowls from The Healthy Cafe Catering Co. or smoky street tacos from Smokey Salsa Grill and you’ve got a menu as diverse as the city itself.
Whether you’re organizing a concert on the Empire State Plaza, a corporate picnic along the Hudson, or a large university commencement at UAlbany, our team can coordinate multiple trucks, manage service windows, and handle all health and fire inspections. The steak flavor was amazing and perfectly cooked. I loved the onions and the fries. The cream sauce was delicious and the cucumber tomato salad was fresh and really good too. I also enjoyed how thin the wrap was. Really impressed with everything, thank you

One of the pizza's was perfect but the cheese pizza was burned in the bottom which made the pizza taste bad . We follow the truck and have never had this happen.

This is the best burger truck. Everything we ordered was really fresh. Please keep Smash and Roll on Talavera’s list of trucks.

The fries were cooked well and love the seasoning, I just prefer thinner fries. I also think it would be better if the bun was toasted. Otherwise great meal.
